Psalm 23 is one of the most loved Psalms of all time. Recited at funerals and other moments of grief and need, there is something comforting about those words. “The Lord is my shepherd” Why does the idea of a shepherd bring us such comfort? What does it mean, that Jesus declares that he is in fact, “The Good Shepherd”? This Sunday we will continue through our series on the “I AM” statements of Jesus as we reflect on the answers to these questions.
