- We believe the Bible to be the only inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God.
2 Timothy 3:16-17; Romans 15:4 - We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Matthew 28:18-20; John 14:15-23; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Hebrews 9:14 - We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal and imminent return in power and glory.

Matthew 25:31-46; John 5:24-29; 1 Corinthians 15:12-23; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 - We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Galatians 3:26-28; Philippians 2:1-4; Ephesians 4:3-6,11-13 - We believe in the priesthood of all believers, which is the personal responsibility of each believer to be a disciple who is growing, serving, and making disciples.
1 Peter 2:5,9-10; Matthew 28:18-20 - We believe HCC is not a building, but rather a group of people whom God has brought together for discipleship, fellowship, worship, and service to one another and the world for His glory.
Acts 2:42; Romans 12:1-8; 1 Corinthians 12:12-31 - We believe God has given leaders to the church in order to teach and protect sound doctrine, serve as shepherds under the Great Shepherd, set the example in following the mission of Jesus Christ, and equip the saints for ministry.
